AUTISM/NEURODIVERGENCE

What sets me apart is that my counseling and coaching are by someone on the Spectrum and someone who is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, providing a unique understanding and perspective. We can stem together! No masking required! I am dedicated to empowering individuals on the Autism Spectrum. I bring a personal and empathetic understanding to every session, ensuring that support is not only professional but also deeply relatable. My mission is to provide a safe and encouraging space where individuals can explore their potential and achieve personal growth. I believe in the power of support from someone who genuinely understands the journey as someone on the Spectrum. My approach combines expert knowledge with firsthand experience, making me a trusted partner in my clients' journeys towards independence and fulfillment, helping to EMPOWER them!

I offer education and support for a wide range of ASD and Neurodivergent needs, such as behavior challenges, triggers, sensory and social issues, relationships, and more.

Understanding how ASD affects you and others around you is a key focus of my approach. I aim to provide a safe space where you can gain insights and strategies to navigate the challenges that come with ASD.

My personal experiences with ASD, GAD, OCD, and ADHD diagnoses influence my methods by bringing empathy and a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals on the Spectrum. Both of my now adult children are on the Spectrum, so I know what it's like to raise kids on the Spectrum as well, helping me to connect with parents. I understand what it's like to feel lost and confused. I know what it's like to have people who mean well, giving me advise that doesn't work for ASD. I remember the lectures of just "letting them get hungry enough so they'll eat." I know what it's like to feel like I was on my own little island with no support. Let me be there for you.

The most rewarding aspect of my work is making a positive impact on the lives of my clients. Seeing my clients grow, develop new skills, and improve their quality of life is truly fulfilling, and becoming truly EMPOWERED. I love to see parents gain knowledge of understanding their child's needs. It makes me happy to see couples start to understand each other. I can help anyone who wants to learn or have support. You are not alone!

I help my  clients  to learn about more about:

behavior challenges,  identify triggers, sensory issues, learn how to decompress (when and why it's needed), picky eaters, social skills, help with IEP’s and 504’s and educational goals, tantrums, sleeping issues, anger/aggression, executive functioning, irritability, hyperactivity, short attention span, impulsivity, aggression, low motivation, self-injurious behaviors, OCD type behaviors, relationships, work issues, self awareness, communication challenges/literalness, someone to talk to who "gets it," etc, and overall education and support for Neurodivergence.

NARCISSITIC ABUSE SURVIVORS

As a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Survivor Provider, I am  a trained guide who supports people in healing from the deep and often invisible wounds caused by Narcissistic abuse. I help clients understand the abuse, rebuild their self-worth, and regain control of their lives after being manipulated, gaslighted, or emotionally harmed by a Narcissist.

 What I can help with:

  • Identifying Narcissistic behavior (e.g., gaslighting, love-bombing, devaluation)

  • Understanding trauma bonding and why it’s hard to leave or move on

  • Rebuilding self-esteem and identity after years of emotional erosion

  • Setting boundaries in relationships

  • Breaking patterns of toxic relationships

  • Navigating co-parenting or going no-contact with a Narcissist

  • How to recognize the game play and how to handle it in the moment

 What I  can do:

  • Offer emotional support and validation

  • Provide strategies for healing and self-empowerment

  • Create custom recovery plans based on each client’s unique experience

  • Teach practical tools for self-care, emotional regulation, and boundary-setting

  • Act as a mentor and motivator during the healing journey
